With a strong international presence, they offer a dynamic and innovation-driven sales environment.Job Description: Business Development RepresentativeLocation: BangaloreExperience: 1-3 YearsQualification: Graduate/MBA preferredAbout the role: The Business Development Representative (BDR) role forms the foundation of our sales organization, driving the creation of new business opportunities. BDRs support outbound sales teams through strategic prospecting and in-depth account research, generating millions of dollars in new business pipeline each year.Responsibilities:Generate new business pipelines primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities.Manage inbound leads that are driven by outbound effort Nurture early-stage opportunities.Gain interest through outbound cold calling across a set of existing customers and breaking into net new logos in assigned territory.Partner with core sellers to identify and source net new pipelines and assist by researching lines of business and personas.Align with the internal account team .Identify key decision makers within new accounts.Requirements:1-2 years' experience in business development, sales or related field experience.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
