Basic FunctionWe are searching for an innovative Marketing/Sales Representative with a great analytical mind to join our team. The Marketing/Sales Representative will be required to know and understand all company products. Making 200-400 marketing calls a day is a requirement. SummaryTo be successful as a Marketing/Sales Representative, you should be able to explain product and service specifications clearly and concisely. Top candidates have excellent problem-solving and people skills.This position will be expected to work well in a team environment and will need to rely on critical thinking, technical ability and trouble shooting skills in order to perform the job at the expected level.Responsibilities & DutiesCoordinating within the other teams, cross training and assisting training new hires.Providing product demonstrations to clientsWorking alongside the team to draw up strategies to increase customer base as requiredExperienced in sale and marketing targetsMaintaining excellent relationships with customers that are built on trustKeeping up-to-date with advancementsCompetencies & SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCustomer service, tact and diplomacyComputer literacy and keyboard skillsCustomer relationsOrganizational skills and attention to detailProject and time management skillsFlexible and able to adjust priorities as situation demandsTechnical RequirementsWindowsTypingKnowledge of internet browsers: IE, Firefox, Chrome, etc.Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills: Excel, Outlook, WordKnowledge of Excel pivot tables and formulasKnowledge of CRM system Marketing/Sales Representative Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing/sales, business or similar.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Ability to think on your feet.Excellent customer service and team collaboration.Strong networking abilities.Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions.Strong degree of diplomacy and the ability to work with a range of different people.Ability to remain professional.Willingness to work as needed during non-working scheduled hours.ExperienceAbility to work effectively in a team settingPrior experience in a role requiring extensive customer interactionDemonstrated success in building relationships with internal and external customersPhysical RequirementsStanding, sitting at desk, using computer and phone
