We are growing aggressively and are looking for a Business Development Representative/Executive to expand our presence in the North America (US/Canada) and global markets.
As a BDR at Auxiliobits, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and creating opportunities in enterprise accounts. You’ll work closely with our Sales and Delivery leadership to identify prospects, initiate conversations, and set up qualified meetings.
This is not a simple lead generation role — we expect you to understand our AI & Automation value proposition, research client needs, and open doors with the right messaging.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, outbound emails, and cold calls.
- Research target accounts and identify decision-makers (CFOs, COOs, CIOs, Directors of Operations, etc.).
- Craft personalized outreach campaigns that align with Auxiliobits’ offerings in AI, RPA, Agentic AI, and process optimization.
- Schedule discovery calls and demos for the Sales team with enterprise prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).
- Collaborate with the Sales Lead to refine prospecting strategy and pitch messaging.
- Provide regular reports on pipeline health and lead-to-meeting conversion metrics.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales, preferably for IT/Software/Automation companies.
- Strong track record of booking meetings with senior decision-makers in enterprise accounts.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email tools, and CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Number of qualified leads generated per month.
- Number of meetings booked with enterprise decision-makers.
- Conversion rate of outreach to opportunities.
- Pipeline contribution (measured in $ value).
