Role Overview

Yadnya Brandscapes seeks a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Executive with 2-3 years of experience who demonstrates a go-getter attitude. The candidate will travel extensively across Mumbai to meet potential clients, build strong relationships, and secure meetings for senior management to close business opportunities. This role demands excellent verbal and written communication skills, persistence, and a strategic mindset to drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities

• Actively identify, research, and pursue potential clients across Mumbai aligned with Yadnya Brandscapes’ growth plans.

• Conduct in-person visits to prospective client offices and relevant business locations to pitch services and create business interest.

• Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate meetings between potential clients and senior leadership for deeper business discussions and negotiations.

• Develop a strong understanding of client needs, market trends, and competitor activities to inform effective sales strategies.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, meeting notes, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.

• Achieve and exceed monthly targets related to qualified leads, meetings secured, and business pipeline growth.

• Prepare persuasive and tailored pitch materials, presentations, and proposals as needed.

• Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and advance the sales cycle.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align on client proposals and project delivery readiness.

• Represent Yadnya Brandscapes at business networking events, seminars, and industry forums across Mumbai to generate leads and build brand presence.

• Report regularly to senior management on market feedback, client requirements, and sales progress.


Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline preferred.

• 2-3 years progressive experience in business development, field sales, or client engagement roles, ideally within B2B sectors.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at multiple levels.

• A self-starter with a strong work ethic, resilience, and proactive problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable with extensive local travel across Mumbai and managing client visits independently.

• Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and communication tools.

• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups efficiently.
