Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Bhiwandi, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, presenting products to customers, and closing sales to meet or exceed sales targets. Additional tasks include monitoring market trends, developing sales strategies, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The role also involves collaboration with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with company objectives. The sales manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong customer relationships. This role demands a blend of leadership, analytical thinking, and market insight to meet and exceed sales targets.


Qualifications:

  • Only those residing close to Bhiwandi or can locate themselves in Bhiwandi at their own cost should apply.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Languages Spoken should be minimum Fluent English and Hindi.
  • Understanding of market trends and ability to perform market research to identify opportunities.
  • Experience in the machinery especially Plastic Machinery or industrial equipment sector is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Attend Exhibitions and do all necessary to promote the show and get more visitors, post show send out offers and intro email’s, follow-up and do everything necessary to support the technical team for machine display at the show.
  • Weekly reporting to Managing Director / CEO of all Sales Activity done during that week.
