Business Development Manager / Executive
We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to lead strategic growth across domestic and international markets. If you’ve successfully sold custom software solutions, web and mobile applications, or staff augmentation services, this is your opportunity to step into a leadership role and drive real impact.
Key Responsibilities:-
-Generate and convert high-value opportunities through outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and industry connections.
-Build long-term relationships with CXOs, IT Directors, and Founders, becoming a trusted advisor.
-Partner with delivery and tech teams to create tailored, scalable solutions for client needs.
Requirements:-
-5+ years of experience in business development, with at least 3 years in IT services sales.
-Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, outsourcing, and delivery models.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
-A proactive, results-driven mindset with strategic thinking.
