Responsibilities :
- Design and implement AI-driven systems and monitoring tools to automate tasks, streamline workflows, and improve overall operational efficiency within the technical support department.
- Utilize generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude to assist with service configuration, troubleshooting, and task automation, ensuring seamless service delivery for our customers.
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers, leveraging a blend of AI-powered tools and your own technical knowledge to resolve inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the AI and engineering teams to identify areas for improvement and implement new AI-powered solutions within the technical support landscape.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and its applications within the telecommunications industry.
Qualifications :
- Professional experience working in the telecommunications industry, with a solid understanding of BSS (Business Support Systems) and OSS (Operations Support Systems).
- Experience using generative AI tools for tasks like code generation, content creation, or information retrieval to enhance productivity.
- Proficiency in Linux operating systems and SQL databases for data management and querying.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- A passion for continuous learning and a willingness to embrace new technologies.
