Job Description – Senior Recruiter / Assistant Manager (Contract Staffing)

Location: Advent Global Solutions Pvt Ltd, Basvangudi, Bengaluru (Opposite Brigade MLR Center)

Employment Type: Full-time, Work from Office

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: Attractive package for the right candidate

Interview Mode: Compulsory Face-to-Face

About the Role

Advent Global Solutions is hiring experienced Senior Recruiters and Assistant Managers with a proven track record of handling end-to-end recruitment for contractual requirements In domestic Indian Staffing . This is an exciting opportunity to work from our Bengaluru office and be part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle specifically for contractual staffing roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, job specifications, and timelines.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including portals, social media, networking, and internal databases.
  • Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on client needs.
  • Conduct and coordinate interview processes with clients and candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records on the ATS and ensure compliance with internal processes.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure long-term engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in contractual staffing recruitment (end-to-end).
  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards, ATS, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.
  • Hands-on experience and good knowledge of ATS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to work from office full-time in Bengaluru.
