With a strong creative foundation and result-oriented strategies, we focus on delivering complete brand transformation — both online and offline.About the Role:As we grow, we’re looking for a reliable and proactive individual to take ownership of our HR and internal coordination tasks and act as a trusted assistant to our Managing Director. This role blends team support, task follow-ups, and culture management within a creative agency environment.You’ll be responsible for handling people-related processes, maintaining operational flow, and supporting the day-to-day functioning of the leadership. You’ll be the person everyone turns to for follow-ups, internal clarity, task tracking, and team needs — ensuring the backend of the team runs smoothly while closely supporting one of the key founders in everyday operations.Key Responsibilities:HR & People Support:Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining team recordsMonitor attendance, leaves, and maintain internal HR filesOrganize team activities, birthdays, review meetings, and feedback sessionsHelp ensure a positive, structured, and growth-oriented work cultureInternal Admin & Team Coordination:Track day-to-day tasks between departments (design, content, SEO, etc.)Maintain internal to-do lists, project follow-ups, and basic reportingCoordinate internal timelines and ensure accountability within teamsSupport execution of in-house strategies, schedules, and content reviewsPersonal Assistant to Director:Act as a right hand to the Co-Founder for internal operationsHelp manage her schedules, task lists, creative follow-ups, and internal prioritiesCoordinate between leadership and internal teams for timely executionMaintain confidentiality and strong organizational disciplineIdeal Candidate:1–3 years of experience in HR/Admin/Operations/Executive Assistant rolesExcellent communication in English (Telugu/Hindi is a bonus)Honest, highly organized, detail-focused, and sincere in follow-upsComfortable using Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and basic coordination toolsFriendly, flexible, and willing to adapt in a growing agency environmentPrior experience in creative agencies/startups is a plusWhat You'll Gain:A stable role with direct leadership interactionExposure to HR, admin, and strategic executionPositive and respectful work environmentClear KPIs and ownership in internal team successCompetitive salary + performance bonuses
