You'll guide a team of VKYC agents to deliver fast, compliant, and high-quality verifications. Think of this role as part mentor, part regulator, part efficiency expert. You’ll coach your team, track performance, implement process improvements, and make sure we never miss a beat on compliance.What You’ll DoLead and inspire the VKYC team to deliver exceptional service and stay fully compliant with RBI regulationsStay updated on all RBI guidelines related to KYC and ensure your team is tooConduct onboarding training and ongoing learning sessions to keep the team sharpMonitor daily team performance, give regular feedback, and handle performance reviewsMaintain adherence to SOPs and ensure resource availability for seamless day-to-day operationsIdentify process bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance speed and accuracyReview VKYC cases and ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliantStep in to resolve complex cases, guide your team on decision-making, and escalate when neededWork closely with other departments to align on process and solve customer-impacting issuesShare insights and reports on team performance, compliance status, and improvement areas with leadershipWhat You’ll Need3-4 years of experience in KYC/AML, preferably with some leadership or supervisory exposureDeep understanding of KYC processes and regulatory frameworks (especially Video KYC and AML)Strong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesComfort with performance tracking, data analysis, and reporting (Excel skills a must)Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentAttention to detail and strong decision-making abilityExperience working with Video KYC platforms or toolsCertifications in KYC/AML compliance (like ACAMS, ICA)Basic knowledge of SQLLife at sliceLife so good, you’d think we’re kidding:Competitive salaries.
