Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our real estate team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, generating leads, and providing accurate information about our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer service mindset.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding properties, pricing, availability, and project details.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
  • Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing prompt and efficient service.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
  • Provide feedback to the management regarding customer preferences, needs, and market trends.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 1 years of Real Estate Experience is Mandatory.
  • Graduate with relevant experience in tele calling, preferably in real estate.
  • Proven experience in customer service, telemarketing, or call center roles.
  • Strong communication skills in English and regional languages.
  • Ability to handle objections, convince, and build rapport with customers.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
  • Positive attitude, patience, and good listening skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
