Tele-calling & lead generation executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Handle and follow up on social media and online inquiries promptly.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems for accurate tracking.
- Nurture leads through consistent communication and relationship-building.
- Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads for conversion.
- Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
- Collect and share market feedback to improve campaign effectiveness.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident with cold calling and lead engagement techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data entry processes (preferred).
- Highly motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of social media lead handling and follow-up strategy.
