Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Handle and follow up on social media and online inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems for accurate tracking.
  • Nurture leads through consistent communication and relationship-building.
  • Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads for conversion.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Collect and share market feedback to improve campaign effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident with cold calling and lead engagement techniques.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data entry processes (preferred).
  • Highly motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Basic understanding of social media lead handling and follow-up strategy.
