  • Experience: 6 months – 1 year
  • Education: Any Graduate

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Tele-Calling Executive to join a dynamic real estateteam. You will play a key role in engaging with potential customers, providing detailed information about properties, and supporting lead conversion efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospects and individuals who have inquired about our properties
  • Clearly explain project features, benefits, and amenities to generate interest
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and clarity
  • Work closely with the sales team for smooth lead follow-up and conversion
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for calls, leads, and conversions

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Prior telecalling or telemarketing experience in real estate is an advantage
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service are encouraged to apply
