We are seeking a Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Executive (with strong SEO expertise) who will drive business growth by generating qualified leads, managing digital marketing campaigns, and optimizing performance through data-driven strategies.
This role combines lead generation, sales, client acquisition, and SEO-driven digital marketing to help expand our client base and strengthen brand presence.
Location: Gota, Ahmedabad
Joining: Immediate / within 15 days
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across national and international markets.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and cold calling.
- Perform daily outreach (15–20 calls/emails) to potential clients and vendors.
- Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups to close deals and build long-term partnerships.
- Create and manage proposals, quotations, and invoices efficiently.
- Plan, execute, and optimize SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, keyword research, backlink building, technical audits).
- Run and monitor Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns, ensuring performance-driven outcomes.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams for SEO-friendly campaign strategies and website optimization.
- Track and analyze campaign and SEO performance, preparing actionable insights and improvement reports.
- Prepare sales forecasts, digital marketing reports, and market analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Digital Marketing / Advertising Agency.
- Proven hands-on experience with SEO, paid ads, and digital lead generation.
- Stable career history (maximum 2 companies in the last 3 years).
- Demonstrated ability to handle portfolios worth ₹1 Cr+ annually.
- Expertise in keyword strategy, SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.), and analytics platforms.
- Comfortable with cold calling, client interaction, and negotiations.
- Proficiency in lead generation tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation (preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Target-oriented professional with a strong growth mindset.
- Candidates based in Ahmedabad preferred.
