Visit our IT/OT SOC environment to experience the future of SOC.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Sr BD / BD Manager in Computer & Network Security. The Sr BD / BD Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with clients, and negotiating and closing business deals. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and marketing materials, as well as continuous monitoring of market trends and competitor activities.We are looking for hunters who thrive on winning new business and closing deals. Asa Business Development Manager, you will own a ₹8–12 Cr annual quota, directlygenerating new revenue from mid-to-large enterprise accounts in cybersecurityservices and solutions (SOC, GRC, Awareness SaaS, Threat Intel, DFIR).This is a quota-carrying role with high visibility. You will be responsible for leadgeneration, prospecting, pipeline building and closing your own logos, while alsosupporting enterprise pursuits led by Senior BD Managers.If you are motivated by new logos, big wins and incentivized earnings, this role is foryou.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Ø Revenue Ownership & Quota Achievemento Carry and exceed an annual revenue quota of ₹8–12 Cr.o Consistently deliver quarterly sales targets for new business andrenewals.o Maintain 6 to 8x pipeline coverage through disciplined sales activity.o Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly forecasts to leadership.Ø Hunting & Pipeline Generationo Identify and acquire new logos across BFSI, Healthcare, SaaS andEnterprise verticals.o Drive outbound prospecting via cold calling, LinkedIn outreach,networking and events.o Develop and execute account-based prospecting strategies for toptargets.Ø Enterprise Sales Executiono Run the full sales cycle: discovery → qualification → solutioning →proposal → negotiation → closure.o Engage with CISOs, CIOs, Risk Heads and IT Directors to positioncybersecurity offerings.o Drive value based and consultative selling, aligning solutions withcustomer pain points.Ø Account Growth & Expansiono Build strong multi-threaded relationships inside accounts.o Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customers.o Proactively drive upsell and cross-sell across SOC, GRC, SaaS andThreat Intel portfolios.o Ensure high customer satisfaction and renewals by working with deliveryteams.Ø Collaboration & Ecosystem Leverageo Work with Pre-Sales to run PoVs, demos and technical justifications.o Partner with Marketing on ABM campaigns, events and thoughtleadership webinars.o Collaborate with Alliances & Channel partners (MSPs, SIs, OEMs) tocreate joint GTM opportunities.o Share competitive intelligence and market trends with leadership torefine sales playbooks.Ø Reporting & Disciplineo Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data (Salesforce/HubSpot).o Track and report deal progression, pipeline health and forecast accuracy.o Ensure all proposals, contracts and pricing approvals follow complianceguidelines.o Contribute to weekly pipeline reviews and strategy meetings with SeniorBD leadership.Ø Thought Leadership & Representationo Represent the company at industry forums, cybersecurity conferencesand CXO events.o Act as a trusted advisor to customers by staying updated on emergingthreats and regulations.o Contribute to case studies, success stories and client references thatstrengthen brand credibility.What We Offer:Ø Salary + performance based variables.Ø Dedicated pre-sales, marketing and partner support to help you win.Ø Opportunity to represent us at CXO events, industry roundtables and GCCmarkets.Ø Be part of a high-growth cybersecurity company.Ø Opportunity to grow into Enterprise Sales Leader, Senior BD Manager, RegionalHeads/ AVP Sales / VP Sales / Country Head.
