Headquartered in Dubai, we are on a mission to democratize real estate ownership and create wealth-building opportunities for all.Role OverviewWe’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand & Growth Lead to take charge of all branding and marketing functions at ShareSquare. This is a critical leadership role that will shape our brand narrative, drive user acquisition, and establish strong market positioning. You will work closely with the leadership team in Dubai and serve as the brand custodian in India.This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally to implement strategies that directly impact revenue growth and customer engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Ownership: Build, enhance and manage the brand identity of ShareSquare across digital and offline platforms.Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a holistic growth marketing strategy spanning SEO, SMM, SMO, email marketing, paid media, content, partnerships, and lead generation with support from key partners.Agency & Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with outsourced agencies and marketing vendors for branding, media planning, design, performance marketing, and PR.Lead Generation: Design and execute integrated campaigns focused on qualified lead acquisition and conversion in the real estate investment space with help from key aligned partners.Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal & external teams across design, product, sales, and operations to ensure seamless campaign execution and messaging alignment.Reporting & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance metrics, ROI analysis, and reporting, with a strong bias toward continuous optimization.Strategic Vision: Translate the company's senior management team’s vision into executable roadmaps and align them with business goals.Budget Management: Plan, track, and optimize marketing spends effectively.RequirementsExperience: 10–12 years in a similar brand & marketing leadership role.Domain Exposure: Preferably from industries such as financial services, banking, real estate, or wealth management.Expertise in:Lead generation (B2C)SEO, SMO, SMM, and digital marketing channelsPerformance marketing and ROI-based campaignsBrand building and storytellingManaging agency relationshipsSoft Skills:Excellent verbal and written communicationStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving skillsSelf-starter with an entrepreneurial driveTeam player with strong interpersonal and leadership capabilitiesWhy Join Us?Ownership & Autonomy: Be the torchbearer of brand growth at a fast-growing proptech startup.Cross-Border Leadership Exposure: Work directly with the founding team in Dubai.Innovation-First Culture: Drive innovative marketing strategies in a high-growth environment.Impact: Play a direct role in democratizing real estate investment in India and beyond
