Role Description: Marketing Head

We're looking for a full-time, on-site Marketing Head in Ahmedabad who can lead all marketing initiatives for the agency. This role involves handling client communication, planning and executing marketing strategies, overseeing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams, and representing the agency in client meetings.

The ideal candidate should be confident, organized, and able to manage both people and projects while also contributing to business growth.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Strategy


• Build and execute marketing plans for various clients


• Oversee digital marketing, branding, Strategies and social media activities


• Work closely with design and content teams to deliver effective campaigns


• Monitor performance and suggest improvements

Client Handling


• Coordinate directly with clients and manage relationships


• Attend client meetings, understand requirements, and present solutions


• Ensure clear communication between clients and internal teams

Business Development


• Support in bringing new clients through networking and referrals


• Participate in pitches, proposals, and presentations


• Identify opportunities for agency growth

Team & Project Management


• Plan timelines and manage workloads


• Guide team members to achieve quality output


• Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations

Qualifications


• Proven experience in Marketing, Client Management, or Account Handling


• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and communication


• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills


• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment


• Agency experience preferred


• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus


• Minimum 2–5 years of experience
