Role Title: Manager – Martech & Automation
Reports To: Head – Growth
CTC - 25 Lakhs
Function/Department: Consumer Finance – Growth
1. JOB PURPOSE
Drive the implementation, optimization, and adoption of growth marketing and engagement technologies to enhance user experience, customer communication, retention, and overall app engagement.
2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Martech Integrations & Implementation
- Lead end-to-end implementation of marketing automation tools (e.g., WebEngage, AppsFlyer) and future engagement platforms.
- Ensure seamless functioning of all integrations; troubleshoot issues and coordinate with tech teams for resolution.
- Collaborate with external partners to leverage full platform capabilities and adopt best practices.
- Implement new initiatives aligned with growth objectives and continuously monitor performance.
Monitoring & Performance Tracking
- Track performance of integrations and engagement campaigns on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Manage and report on user funnels, engagement metrics, and campaign outcomes.
- Identify gaps or anomalies in data capture, reporting, or automation workflows.
- Ensure timely KPI reporting and deliver actionable insights to growth and product teams.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with internal tech, product, and marketing teams to drive projects with technical dependencies.
- Coordinate with external platform partners for issue resolution, workflow optimization, and feature implementation.
- Act as the liaison between business requirements and technical execution to ensure seamless delivery.
Process Optimization & Knowledge Sharing
- Document best practices, processes, and integration workflows for internal reference.
- Train and support teams on effective usage of marketing technology platforms.
- Continuously explore and evaluate new tools or features to enhance engagement and automation efficiency.
3. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
a) Qualifications
- B.Tech along with an MBA from a Tier 1/2 college.
- Certifications in Martech tools, CDPs, or marketing automation platforms preferred.
- Must have working knowledge of:
- WebEngage / MoEngage / Clevertap
- Adobe / Google Analytics
- Google Play Store / Firebase
- SQL, Tableau, etc.
b) Work Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in marketing technology, growth automation, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as WebEngage, AppsFlyer, CDPs, and engagement platforms.
- Proven experience in integration implementation, monitoring, and optimization.
- Strong collaboration skills for working with tech teams, external partners, and business stakeholders.
