Role Description

We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist with hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, and CRM automation platforms—preferably Go High Level (GHL). This individual will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing automation workflows that nurture leads, increase engagement, and drive measurable growth.

You'll collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure campaigns are properly segmented, triggered, and tracked to achieve maximum performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize automated email and SMS marketing campaigns in Go High Level (or similar automation platforms).

  • Build workflows, nurture sequences, and dynamic funnels aligned with marketing and sales goals.

  • Create, test, and launch lead capture forms, landing pages, and funnels for various campaigns.

  • Segment audiences based on behavior, engagement, and CRM data to improve personalization and conversion.

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed analytics reports on deliverability, open rates, click rates, conversions, and ROI.

  • Maintain and improve CRM hygiene through regular data audits, tagging, and list management.

  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align messaging, creative, and timing across channels.

  • Implement A/B testing to optimize campaign elements and improve conversion rates.

  • Ensure all communications adhere to CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and other compliance

standards.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing.

  • Proficiency with Go High Level (GHL) strongly preferred; experience with HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools a plus.

  • Strong understanding of SMS automation, deliverability best practices, and compliance requirements.

  • Experience in lead nurturing, funnel optimization, and behavioral segmentation.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; able to identify trends and recommend improvements.

  • Familiarity with UTM tracking, A/B testing, and reporting dashboards.

  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work cross-functionally.
