Job Description:

  • Opportunity Development: Identify, evaluate, and secure new hotel and branded projects across Rajasthan in line with Olive’s growth strategy.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct preliminary due diligence including site visits, market research, competitor benchmarking, and demand-supply assessments.
  • Financial & Commercial Analysis: Work with internal teams to prepare financial feasibility studies, business models, and commercial proposals.
  • Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Prepare, present, and negotiate Letters of Intent (LOIs), term sheets, and commercial agreements in coordination with legal and management.
