About the Role

As Fotello’s Sales Development Executive (in-person, Gurugram), you’ll be on the frontlines of converting free-trial subscribers into long-term, paying customers. You’ll identify high-intent leads, engage them with

empathy and urgency, and nurture them through the decision-making process. Working closely with marketing,

product, and customer success, you’ll build a repeatable system for trial-to-customer conversion that directly drives revenue growth.


Responsibilities

  • Own the free-trial → paid conversion funnel, ensuring every lead gets timely outreach and follow-up.
  • Qualify trial users by understanding their needs, workflows, and purchase readiness.
  • Run high-volume outreach via email, calls, and in-app chat to engage and educate prospects.
  • Deliver crisp product walkthroughs and demos tailored to real estate photographers and agencies.
  • Handle objections with confidence and guide prospects to the right pricing plan.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize trial nurturing campaigns and handoff points.
  • Log all interactions and outcomes in the database, ensuring accurate pipeline visibility.
  • Consistently hit and exceed trial conversion and revenue targets.


Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in SAAS sales. ( mandate)
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills; ability to build trust quickly with creative professionals.
  • Comfort with high-velocity outbound/Inbound activity (calls, emails, chats).
  • Ability to demo a product with clarity, highlighting value over features.
  • Grit and coachability—eager to learn, iterate, and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Open to work in US shift from office (Job Location - Gurgaon)
