
Sales Engineer

Sales & Development:
- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in manufacturing industries.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and client meetings.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Generate and qualify leads through industrial visits, trade shows, and online research.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up on inquiries.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, addressing customer concerns and queries.
- Assist clients in selecting the right machinery based on their requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on quotations, proposals, and contract renewals.
Marketing Support:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to generate online leads and manage social media promotions.
- Provide sales forecasts and develop strategies to achieve set targets.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in machinery manufacturing or industrial products.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Specific Skills:
- Strong technical understanding of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and field visits – Mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
