Sales & Development:

  • Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in manufacturing industries.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and client meetings.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
  • Generate and qualify leads through industrial visits, trade shows, and online research.
  • Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up on inquiries.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, addressing customer concerns and queries.
  • Assist clients in selecting the right machinery based on their requirements.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on quotations, proposals, and contract renewals.

Marketing Support:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
  • Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to generate online leads and manage social media promotions.
  • Provide sales forecasts and develop strategies to achieve set targets.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in machinery manufacturing or industrial products.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

Specific Skills:

  • Strong technical understanding of industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and field visits – Mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
