Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Executive located in Sambalpur. The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned territory, identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, achieving sales targets, and representing the company at trade events and exhibitions. The role will also involve conducting market research, analyzing trends, and providing feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively close deals and achieve targets
- Customer relationship building and account management skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in furniture or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
