About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive who can confidently engage with customers, convert inside leads into successful sales, and promote our solar products with clarity and conviction.


Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert potential leads into customers.

  • Clearly explain and convince customers about our solar products, features, pricing, and benefits.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Maintain customer database and follow-up record for timely conversions.
  • Provide excellent customer service with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth order processing.


Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months–2 years of tele sales or customer support experience (solar experience is an advantage).
  • Fresher Also Allowed
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Ability to handle customer queries confidently and close sales.
  • Goal-driven and comfortable working with sales targets.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM updates, call logs).
