Job Title : BMC ITSM Lead.

Experience : 5-6 years.

Number of Resources : 1

Skills Required :

- BMC Installation, Configuration, and Customization : Demonstrated experience in installing, configuring, and customizing BMC IT Service Management (ITSM) suite or similar BMC products.

- Troubleshooting Critical Issues : Proven ability to support critical issues by diagnosing and troubleshooting to drive them to resolution efficiently, ensuring minimal impact on operations.

- BMC Configuration Go Live : Proficient in planning and executing BMC Configuration Go Live activities for various banks or similar enterprise-level clients.

- Stakeholder Coordination : Excellent communication skills with the capability to interact effectively with customers and other stakeholders.

- Must be able to understand requirements, communicate effectively, and coordinate activities to meet project objectives.

- Team Leadership : Experience in leading a team of 4-5 members, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Description :

- As the BMC ITSM Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, configuration, and customization of BMC IT Service Management solutions for our clients, particularly in the banking sector.

- You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of IT services by troubleshooting critical issues and driving them to resolution promptly.

- Additionally, you will lead a team of 4-5 members, providing direction and support to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and customize BMC IT Service Management (ITSM) suite according to client requirements.

- Troubleshoot critical issues in BMC ITSM environment, ensuring minimal disruption to services.

- Plan and execute BMC Configuration Go Live activities for banking clients, adhering to project timelines and quality standards.

- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.

- Lead a team of 4-5 members, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure project objectives are met.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.

- Stay updated with the latest BMC technologies and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.

Qualifications :

- 5-6 years of experience in BMC ITSM implementation, configuration, and customization.

- Proficiency in troubleshooting BMC ITSM solutions and driving issues to resolution.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.

- Prior experience in leading a team is preferred.

- BMC ITSM certifications would be an advantage.
