The specialist will be responsible for managing key client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include identifying and developing opportunities for key account growth, analyzing client needs, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining effective communication to nurture long-term partnerships.
