Chief Financial Officer (CFO)


We are looking for hiring in our portfolio company which is leading paper manufacturer for the packaging industry in South India with largest recycling paper plant. Products cater to packaging requirements of high-growth sectors like FMCG, Consumer & Retail. The entirety of the products is manufactured using recycled paper.


Responsibilities


  • Directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports.
  • Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
  • Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
  • Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
  • Manage relationships with banks
  • Preparing financial budget, variance analysis for budgeted vs actual spending
  • Analyzes operations to identify areas in need of optimization
  • Studies long-range economic trends and projects their impact on future growth in sales and market share.
  • Identifies opportunities for expansion into new product areas.
  • Oversee investment of surplus funds.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Must have skills

  • Excellent management and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Having knowledge of different bank products like LC, BG, PC, etc. will be an added advantage.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office to include Excel (creation of spreadsheets), PowerPoint (ability to do presentations), and Word (document creation).
  • Be updated with recent trends in the industry.


Experience

  1. Master’s degree in business administration, Accounting, or Finance required.
  2. Chartered Accountant preferred.
  3. 15+ years of experience in financial management required.
