Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves providing executive administrative assistance, managing the day-to-day schedule of the CEO, coordinating communications, organizing meetings, and handling office administration tasks. The Assistant will be expected to act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring efficient information flow and task execution.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance: Proven ability to support executive-level leaders, including calendar management and travel arrangements
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to represent the CEO professionally
- Organization Skills: Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and the capability to multitask
- Office Administration: Familiarity with office systems, processes, and proficiency in office software tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Relevant work experience in a similar role; a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is a plus
