The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in manpower export, strong industry networks, and the ability to craft scalable business strategies aligned with compliance and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Relationship ManagementIdentify and onboard new clients across Gulf countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, etc.)Build long-term relationships with contractors, facility management firms, and infrastructure companiesNegotiate contracts and pricing aligned with market standards and compliance normsMarket Expansion & StrategyDevelop and execute BD strategies to expand into new sectors (construction, oil & gas, hospitality, etc.)Analyze competitor offerings and pricing models to refine positioningOperational CollaborationWork closely with sourcing and documentation teams to ensure timely mobilizationCoordinate with legal and compliance teams for visa processing, emigration clearance, and auditsBrand & OutreachRepresent the company at industry expos, client meetings, and trade delegationsCollaborate with marketing to create region-specific campaigns and digital outreach Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 8 years of experience in blue-collar Gulf recruitmentStrong understanding of GCC labor laws, visa categories, and recruitment cyclesProven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage client accountsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with CRM tools, recruitment platforms, and pricing frameworksBachelor's degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory) Preferred TraitsEntrepreneurial mindset with a systems-driven approachExperience working with MOUs, tenders, and bulk hiring projectsAbility to visualize and implement SOPs for BD and client servicingMultilingual fluency (Hindi, English,) Compensation & PerksCompetitive salary with performance-based incentivesOpportunity to lead expansion into new Gulf marketsAccess to strategic leadership and growth planningSpiritual and operational alignment with a values-driven business
