Job Title: International Business Development Executive – Spices Division
Role Summary:
Responsible for developing and managing international business opportunities for the company’s spice portfolio. Focus on lead generation, market expansion, client management, and export operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new international buyers, distributors, and markets (Middle East, Europe, Africa, Asia, USA).
Generate and qualify leads using B2B portals and trade databases (Alibaba, Tradewheel, IndiaMART, LinkedIn, Import Genius, EXIMPedia, etc.).
Communicate with clients, send quotations, negotiate prices and terms, and coordinate samples and documentation.
Manage full export sales cycle — from inquiry to shipment and payment follow-up.
Coordinate with internal teams for production, logistics, and dispatch.
Monitor global market trends, pricing, import policies, and competitor activity.
Participate in international trade fairs and virtual exhibitions.
Maintain CRM/database of clients and ensure accurate export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.).
Key Deliverables:
Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.
Expand presence across key international spice markets.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.
Provide regular market analysis and performance reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in export sales or international marketing, preferably in spices, food, or agro commodities.
Strong knowledge of export documentation, lead generation tools, and global trade software.
Familiar with B2B portals and international market operations.
