- Develop and manage the Business Unit to operate autonomously and profitably
- Oversee Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities for the Business Unit
- Build and nurture new corporate accounts
- Maintain strong client relationships and address any client issues promptly
- Regularly monitor and manage lead data for optimal performance
- Achieve sales targets, both in product and revenue, and consistently meet or exceed monthly booking goals within the assigned market/territory
- Manage credit limits and oversee collection of outstanding payments
- Strategize and execute marketing plans to drive sales growth and profitability
- Collaborate closely with Operations and back-office teams to deliver exceptional service to clients
- Maintain accurate records, including MIS and productivity reports
Soft Skills
- Strong leadership with excellent people management skills

- Familiarity with the travel industry is a plus, but not required
