Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for our academy's training and certification programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and executing sales strategies, managing high-performing teams, and forging strategic partnerships with institutions, corporates, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market growth.

  2. Create and maintain a strong lead pipeline through outreach, partnerships, events, and referral networks.

  3. Identify and build partnerships with colleges, universities, training institutes, and corporate clients.

  4. Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry demands to align offerings.

  5. Set performance goals and monitor KPIs to ensure consistent team productivity.

  6. Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.

  7. Present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

  8. Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Key Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  2. proven sales experience, preferably in EdTech, training, or educational services.

  3. Strong team leadership, coaching, and people management skills.

  4. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

  6. Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
