Work From Office

Mon-Fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Education - Any Graduate

Budget : 5-6 LPA


Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Collection Executive to manage and recover outstanding payments from clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, negotiating payment terms, and ensuring timely collections to support the company’s cash flow.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers via phone, email, or in-person visits to follow up on overdue payments.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-up actions.
  • Resolve billing issues and disputes in coordination with the accounts and sales teams.
  • Negotiate payment plans and ensure adherence to agreed terms.
  • Monitor aging reports and escalate high-risk accounts to management.
  • Achieve monthly collection targets and maintain low delinquency rates.
  • Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations during collection activities.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in collections, customer service, or accounts receivable.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and billing systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in field collections or recovery.
  • Multilingual abilities depending on customer base.
  • Familiarity with legal procedures related to debt recovery.
