Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Manager located in Pune. The Collections Manager will oversee the collections department, manage delinquent accounts, implement collection strategies, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Daily tasks include monitoring collection processes, managing a team of collectors, negotiating payment plans with clients, and reporting on collection metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with collections processes and strategies
- Proficiency in financial regulations and compliance
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to analyze data and generate reports
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
