Job Description for Band G Credit to Collections
About this Role
The individual will lead the Credit to Collections team within Shared Services, overseeing all activities related to Accounts Receivable including invoicing, collections, cash application, accounting, reconciliations, and controls. This role is pivotal in driving process improvements, ensuring compliance with SOX and internal policies, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. The role is based in Ahmedabad and reports to the Process Lead – Cash Management.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end finance operations for Credit to Collections, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Drive strategic improvements in outbound collections and reporting processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Treasury Policies, SOX, and audit requirements.
- Manage team performance, succession planning, and development.
- Deliver high-quality reporting and analytics to support business decisions.
- Support operational issue resolution and contribute to global process alignment.
What skills you need
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
- 10+ years of experience in Order to Cash, Collections, and AR Management.
- Proven experience in SAP and Shared Services Centre (SSC) environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in Agile methodology (preferred).
- Ability to lead large teams (20–40 members) and manage 3–5 direct reportees.
- Expertise in governance, performance analytics, and process transformation.
