Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Financial Insurance Advisors. In this role, you will be responsible for providing personalized insurance solutions to clients, building long-term relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and reach out to potential customers.
  • Understand clients’ financial needs and suggest suitable insurance plans.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with Axis Max Life products and compliance policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of insurance/financial products (training will be provided).
  • Sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
