About the Role:

An exciting opportunity for fresh graduates looking to launch their career in Investment Banking with a focus on sustainability and ESG-driven finance. This role is with a leading global investment bank that has offices in key financial hubs, including Mumbai, the UK, and the UAE.


This is an entry-level position designed for individuals with a strong passion for finance, investment analysis, and sustainability. The firm offers a structured training program, professional sponsorships for certifications, and mentorship from senior investment bankers.


  • Key Responsibilities:Financial Analysis & Valuation: Conduct in-depth financial modeling, company valuations, and deal analysis with a sustainability focus.
  • Sustainability & ESG Analysis: Measure and integrate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors into investment strategies.
  • Investment Research: Perform detailed market research, sector analysis, and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
  • Deal Structuring: Assist in structuring and executing M&A, capital raising, and advisory transactions with sustainability-driven clients.
  • Technical & Quantitative Analysis: Develop presentations, investment memos, and pitch decks to support senior bankers and clients.


  • Training & Development:Comprehensive On-the-Job Training: A structured investment banking training program covering valuation, financial modeling, and ESG investing.
  • Mentorship: One-on-one guidance from senior investment analysts and deal teams.
  • Professional Certifications: Potential Sponsorship for the ESG Advisor Certificate

  • Who Should Apply?Fresh graduates (BBA, BCom, MBA, Finance, Economics, or Engineering backgrounds).
  • Passion for investment banking, financial markets, and sustainable finance.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and PowerPoint is a plus (training will be provided).
