Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused and well-presented Jewellery Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for luxury products, and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and occasions.
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of gold, diamonds, gemstones, and other jewellery categories.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a premium shopping experience.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective selling techniques.
  • Handle customer queries, provide product recommendations, and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Manage billing, sales documentation, and payment processes accurately.
  • Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising of the showroom counters.
  • Keep track of stock levels, report shortages, and support inventory management activities.
  • Follow store security procedures and protect high-value merchandise.
  • Handle after-sales service, including resizing, repairs, and customer follow-ups.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery, luxury products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, well-groomed, and customer-centric.
  • Ability to handle high-value transactions with trust and responsibility.
  • Basic computer knowledge for billing and inventory systems.
  • Strong selling skills with a positive and target-driven attitude.


Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in diamond, silver or gold jewellery sales.
  • Proficiency in local languages and English.
  • Confidence in handling premium and HNI customers.
  • Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
