Key Accountabilities

  • Developing Pharma & Healthcare Vertical by creating new client base.
  • Drive sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Developing & maintaining rapport with Global clients.
  • Offering appropriate solutions for Pharma customers thereby understanding their Logistics requirements.
  • Account management & retention, Solution Sales focus, develop end to end solutions for Pharma & Healthcare vertical.
  • Drive collaboration with the group organizations as well as Internal Business units to develop new products & business opportunities.
  • Supporting Operations & pricing team for the assigned location, if required.
  • Able to understand and sell across portfolio, integrating CFS/ ICD/ Port portfolios and able to sell as one.
  • Measure & circulate monthly performance & significant business updates, along with periodic forecasts to key stakeholders
  • Sharing specific intelligence, market insights & best practices, represent business in relevant Global / Regional conferences & other events.
  • Assure delivery needs of customers cost effectively and efficiently and ensure coordination of entire process of logistics (Shipping, warehousing, transportation and customer service activities).
  • Budget Preparation of volumes, gross profit & revenue for the region
  • Monitor receivables & growth of Key accounts
  • Develop Inbound and outbound network.
  • Identify and assess risks associated with the business. Plan and execute risk mitigating procedures.
  • Drive results with the sales team reporting to you and bring at par performance as per there KPIs.

Knowledge And Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–8 years of proven sales experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical domain.
  • Strong network within the Pharma & Healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • PowerPoint is an asset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.

Business Strategy Skills

  • Dedicated commitment to providing superior, timely internal and external customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in verbal and written form.
  • Ability to clearly identify the customers’ current and future needs and present solutions to them.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task.
