Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager, located in Mumbai. The Product Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of product development and lifecycle, from inception to launch. This includes market research, product planning and scheduling, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and monitoring product performance. The Product Manager will also work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive product adoption and growth.

Qualification / Experience / Skills:

  • Must have 2-3 years experience in product management function.
  • Must have experience of handling a brand independently.
  • Experience in market research, product planning, and product lifecycle management
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies that drive product adoption and growth
  • Experience of Gynecology segment is a plus
  • Proven track record of managing products from inception to launch preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field; MBA is a plus
