Role Overview
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Creator Partnership Assistant to support our Creator Partnership Specialist in managing influencer relationships, coordinating campaigns, and keeping operations running smoothly. This is a dynamic role for someone who is passionate about influencer marketing, excels at communication both via email and live, loves working with creators, and thrives in a fast-paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Creator Partnership Specialist to align on campaign goals, performance tracking, and reporting outcomes.
- Assist in sourcing and vetting creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube based on campaign needs.
- Maintain creator databases and update tracking documents (e.g., outreach status, contract terms, deliverables).
- Collaborate on creator contracts and ensure that all legal documents are properly filed, signed, and up to date.
- Support communications with creators (sending briefs, collecting content, scheduling check-ins).
- Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and approvals across active campaigns.
- Organize UGC content and ensure assets are stored and labeled properly.
- Help with reporting performance metrics and compiling post-campaign recaps.
- Perform light admin work such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and taking notes during internal calls.
- Begin by shadowing internal and client-facing meetings, with the opportunity to gradually grow into participating in those calls and engaging with clients directly.
Qualifications
- Experience or strong interest in influencer marketing, digital content, or social media coordination.
- Exhibits personal strength in social platforms. Preferred: Candidates has their own active social media presence (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and a strong understanding of content creation or audience engagement.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, Canva, or similar project management tools. Experience using influencer databases or platforms (e.g., Aspire, Upfluence, etc.)
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Knowledge of content trends on TikTok and Instagram.
