The role will act as a strategic bridge between the organization's business units (BUs) & external institutionsKey ResponsibilitiesIdentify and assess external partners aligned to BU-specific needsConduct capability assessments and partner due diligenceCultivate and maintain long-term relationships with knowledge and technology partnersServe as the primary liaison during project rolloutsFacilitate smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholdersPrepare periodic reports on partner performance and project outcomesPresent insights and improvement recommendations to senior leadershipEducation & Technical QualificationsMaster's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related fieldStrong grasp of emerging technologies and innovation ecosystemsFamiliarity with skilling, and workforce planning frameworksKnowledge of India's vocational education landscapeSkilled in project tracking tools, MS Office, and dashboard reportingUnderstanding of Mo U development, institutional processes, and compliance normsCore CompetenciesExceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skillsExecution-focused with strong coordination abilitiesStrategic thinker with stakeholder sensitivity and collaborative mindsetExcellent documentation, negotiation, and communication skills Must-Have Experience7–10 years in industry-academia engagement or strategic alliances, account management/BD or related rolesProven success in partnership development and stakeholder management
