It demands hands-on experience in channel sales, market knowledge of Pathalgaon, and fluency in Hindi and English, along with the ability to lead, strategize, and address customer service need. Job Description:Drive sales growth for Wires, MCB, Switches within the Jagdalpur region.Manage and develop relationships with distributors and dealers to strengthen the distribution network.Achieve targets by increasing both primary and secondary sales in the territory.Focus on effective dealer network management to maximize market penetration.Monitor and analyze competitor activities, including sales, pricing, products, and marketing strategies.Develop and implement marketing initiatives to address sales shortfalls and drive growth.Oversee territory-specific branding and advertising strategies to enhance brand awareness.Address and resolve service-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction within the territory.Guide, motivate, and improve the communication skills of the distributor sales team to optimize performance. Qualifications:Relevant graduation degree / Diploma (3 yr)3-10 years' quota carrying sales experience.Channel sales experience in any Electrical products like Wire, Cable, Switches, Switchgear, and Lighting.Should have good knowledge of product market in Jagdalpur Market.
