Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Executive - Residential at SPACE ROOTS Property Consultant, based in Surat. This position entails handling client inquiries, showcasing residential properties, coordinating property visits, maintaining client relationships, and negotiating sales. The Sales Executive will manage customer interactions both in-person and through virtual means, assist in closing deals, and keep up with real estate market trends. Some flexibility for remote work is provided, while presence in Surat will be required for on-site activities.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in customer relationship management
- Strong knowledge of residential real estate markets and property trends
- Experience in managing both in-person and virtual property consultations
- Self-motivation with the ability to work in a hybrid work environment
- Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with Surat and surrounding areas is a plus
