Location: Sholinganallur, Chennai

Job Description:
  • Software Engineer/Specialty Developer (PLM with strong C/Java with Springboot proficiency) is a crucial member of the Systems Engineering product line responsible for product development, testing, implementation, and production support.
  • Develops software to deliver user stories contributing to a valuable working software product.
  • Creates automated tests to confirm software functionality, user story acceptance, and detect regression defects.
  • Reviews continuous integration build status and addresses build failures.
  • Enhances continuous integration tooling by automating manual processes in the delivery pipeline and elevating quality gates based on past experiences.
  • Conducts exploratory testing to ensure application execution and identify software deficiencies not covered by automated testing.
  • Actively participates in all team Agile ceremonies.
Skills Required:
  • Thorough knowledge of PLM (Teamcenter) concepts, methods, technologies, industry trends, and best practices in the Automotive Industry.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Software development (Java/C).
  • API/Microservices development, Agile delivery, familiarity with software design patterns.
Experience Required:
  • Comprehensive understanding of PLM (Teamcenter) concepts, methods, technologies, industry trends, and best practices in the Automotive Industry.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Software development (Java/C).
  • API/Microservices development, Agile delivery, knowledge of software design patterns
Experience Preferred: Education Required:
  • B.E/BTech/MCA
