Job Description

As a Ecommerce Practitioner &Leader in our CX capability you will be responsible for supportingthe growth of the practice define/lead data practice visionservices solutions and competencies in line with current &future market needs. You will be an avid technologist who enjoyssolving complex architectural and consulting challenges and drivingdigital solutions.

This isan entrepreneurial opportunity where you will be responsible forthe P&L of the entire practice and will have autonomy inconducting business operations under the overall vision of theorganization.

Thecompensation will be fixed base profit sharing from the practiceequity% in the company.

This position requires a strong technology background witha passion for assisting clients in defining their overallDrupal/Acquia technology strategy designs and delivery.

Responsibility:

Lead and transform the Ecommerce practice.

Be responsible for generating opportunity pipeline acrossa broad range of industry verticals.

Createvalue proposition for GotoMarket strategy develop offeringssolutions and capabilities to create differentiating position forcompany in the market.

Establish and nurturestrategic relationships with partners and vendors.

Build Ecommerce COE and practice competencies; and createthe complete set of service and solution offerings inSalesforce.

Engage customers as a thoughtleader by building and leading an elite pool ofarchitects/specialists.

Lead workshops clientsmeetings and RFPs manage sales pipeline from opportunity toclosure/delivery and participate in proposal development commercialand contract negotiations.

Manage Presalessolutioning sales enablement responsibilities forpractice.

Build and nurture a talented pool ofspecialists in practice as a people manager.

Establish connects with industry stake holders and manage analystrelationships.

Evangelize our work and serve asa thought leader.
