Job Title: Sales Department Leader

Purpose of Job:

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to the overall sales program
  • Secure new consumers and expand opportunities within the current consumer base
  • Deliver new product offerings

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leadership:
    - Manage sales department activities including account management, operations, customer support, and field marketing
  • Set departmental KPIs and evaluate sales initiatives effectiveness
  • Mentor sales department personnel for professional growth
  • Strategy:
    - Develop and implement sales strategies consistent with the business's overall strategy
  • Increase sales revenue through appropriate strategies for verticals, sales channels, and services
  • Design and manage the business's sales process efficiently
  • Analytics:
    - Conduct various analyses and reviews to determine sales effectiveness
  • Forecast and monitor sales performance and business compliance
  • Articulate analysis results to key stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Years' core sales experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • MBA with any specialization

    - Perform necessary duties for smooth performance
  • Demonstrate knowledge of and adhere to Company values
  • Fluency in Kannada, Tamil, and other south Indian languages preferred
