Responsibilities:

 Sales and business development of excipients with pharmaceutical, life science and biopharmaceutical companies.
 Preparation and achievement of sales target (Revenue, volume and gross profit) and organizational goals for every year
 Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as call reports, monthly reports and annual territory analysis.
 Value selling, key account management and interpersonal skills to improve the profitability of our business
 Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandizing techniques.
 Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and develop new accounts for excipients.
 Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training programs, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in pharmaceutical conferences.
 Responsible for account receivables, I & C forms, handling of rejections and customer complaints.
 Develop and grow the commercial relationships of assigned leading customers while prospecting for new accounts to increase market penetration.
 Develop opportunity pipeline to drive new business for future commercial success.
 Forecast sales to enable operations planning, introduce product innovations and maintain active memberships.

Desired qualification:

B.Pharm with Management diploma or degree / M.Pharm

Key Interactions:

Internal: SCM, R&D, QA &RA
External: Customer purchase and R&D

Technical Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

 Familiarity about Pharmaceutical product development & manufacturing operations
 Good communication skills ( both verbal & written )
 Self-motivated and passionate about value selling

 Good team player
