Sales Account Manager

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and end-users.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and priorities, and identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand our product offerings within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop account plans, strategies, and tactics to achieve revenue targets and drive growth within assigned accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to review performance metrics, discuss upcoming projects, and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, providing feedback on product enhancements, feature requests, and customer satisfaction levels.
- Track sales activities, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in account management or sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a software or technology-related industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and negotiate terms and conditions effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
