About the RoleThe Business Development Specialist will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of market trends and the ability to develop and execute effective business development strategies.
ResponsibilitiesMarket Research and Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, new markets, and industry trends.
Analyze competitors and develop strategies to differentiate our offerings.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital platforms.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Proposal Development and Negotiation:
Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations tailored to clients' needs.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities and progress.Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts.
Prepare and present performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or a similar role in the Software/IT Industry.
Experience in the domain of XR & AI would be an added advantageStrong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
